Follow these steps to create URIBLs rules.
Step 1 - Log in to Smarter Mail as the system administrator.
Step 2 - Click settings icon button.
Step 3 - Click on Antispam in the left hand column (The shield icon).
Step 4 - Select URIBLs and click on New to create new rule.
Step 5 - In the correlating dialog box, you will need to add the desired information.
Step 6 - Click on Save.
